What the client needed

The provider delivers hospital-level and advanced clinical care in patients' homes, coordinating nursing, monitoring and discharge planning with doctors, hospitals and medical aids.

The website had to speak to several audiences at once, from worried families to referring doctors, and give patients clear routes to book a visit, register on the patient platform or download the app.

How we approached it

We explained every clinical service in the same three parts: what it is, who it is for and how it works. The repeated pattern makes unfamiliar care easier to understand, whoever is reading.

Booking, registration and the app each got a clear, separate route, so patients never have to guess which one they need.

What we built

  • Service sections in three parts: what it is, who it is for and how it works
  • A visit booking form with an on-screen confirmation, plus WhatsApp, phone and email
  • Sections on the provider's mission, values, the people it serves and how its services work
  • Links to the patient platform for registration and login, and to the iPhone app
  • Scroll animation and a layout that works on phones, tablets and desktops

What the client can do now

Families and doctors get the same clear explanation of each service, and patients can book a visit, register or download the app from one place.
