Which payment methods can I offer?
We connect your store to a South African payment gateway such as PayFast, which supports card and instant EFT. We confirm the best fit for your business, and the gateway charges its own fees.
Can I add products myself?
Yes. We set up your store so your team can add and edit products, and we show you how at handover.
Can customers track their deliveries?
Order emails are included. Courier tracking depends on your courier, so we check what is possible before we quote.
Do you work with clients outside South Africa?
Yes. Real Tech Solutions is based in South Africa, with clients in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Centurion, Cape Town and Limpopo, and works with clients in other countries remotely. Meetings, reviews and handover happen online, and we agree working hours and communication channels at the start of the project.
