Do I need an app or a website?
If people will use it often, or it needs phone features such as notifications, an app can make sense. If not, a mobile-friendly website is cheaper. We will tell you honestly.
Who pays the Apple and Google fees?
Apple and Google charge their own developer account fees, which you pay directly because the accounts are in your name. We guide you through setting them up.
Do you update the app after launch?
Yes. New phone software can affect apps, so the monthly amount covers hosting, backups and support, and we scope new features separately.
Do you work with clients outside South Africa?
Yes. Real Tech Solutions is based in South Africa, with clients in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Centurion, Cape Town and Limpopo, and works with clients in other countries remotely. Meetings, reviews and handover happen online, and we agree working hours and communication channels at the start of the project.
