What the client needed

The clinic brings primary healthcare, chronic care, weight management, IV therapy, medical aesthetics and wellness together in one practice led by a doctor. It also works outside the consulting room, with mobile clinics, corporate wellness days and a retreat.

That is a lot to explain. Patients needed to find their kind of care quickly, trust who was behind it, and book without hunting for a phone number.

How we approached it

We gave every area of care its own page, written in plain language, and grouped the services that happen outside the clinic separately so they did not crowd the main care pages.

Booking had to be one tap away wherever a patient landed, so every page carries booking, WhatsApp and call buttons, and on phones a fixed bar keeps them in reach while reading.

What we built

  • Pages for seven areas of care, from primary healthcare to mental and emotional wellness
  • Pages for mobile and home care, corporate and sports wellness, the retreat and community work
  • Book a consultation, WhatsApp and click-to-call on every page, with a fixed action bar on phones
  • A home page that introduces the founding doctor and the clinic's approach to care
  • Gentle scrolling and text animation that keep the pages calm rather than busy
  • FAQ, disclaimer, terms and privacy pages, and a staff login for the clinic team

Helping people and AI assistants find it

  • MedicalClinic structured data with the clinic's address
  • Page titles and descriptions written around Pretoria, Centurion and Gauteng searches
  • Link previews that look right when pages are shared on WhatsApp and social media

What the client can do now

Patients can see every service the clinic offers and book from whichever page they arrive on, on any device.

Search engines and AI assistants get clear, structured facts about the clinic, its location and its care, which helps it appear for local searches.
