QUESTIONS

Repair questions,
answered.

Ask us something else
How much does a repair cost?

It depends on the device, the fault and the part. We check your details and photos, then confirm the cost in writing before any work starts. If we need to open the device to find the fault, we tell you first.

How long does a repair take?

Many repairs take a few working days. Screens and batteries depend on parts for your exact model, which is why the model number matters. We give you a time estimate with the cost.

Do I need to give you my password?

No. Never send us a password or PIN. If we need to sign in to test the device, we ask you to sign in yourself, or to create a temporary account for us.

What happens to my files?

We do not look through your files. Some repairs can erase the drive, so please back up first and tell us on the form if there is data you need to keep. If you cannot reach your files, choose data recovery.

Do you use original parts?

We tell you before we start whether a part is original or a compatible replacement, so you can choose.

Which devices do you work on?

Laptops and computers are our main work: Windows laptops and desktops, all-in-ones, MacBooks and iMacs, plus printers, monitors, servers and network equipment. For tablets, phones and other devices, send the details and we will tell you if we can help.

Can you collect my device?

Depending on where you are, we can collect it, you can drop it off, or we can visit for desktops, printers and networks. Choose what suits you on the form and we confirm when we reply.
