A hardware store with two branches
The situation
Each branch keeps its own stock book, and staff phone the other branch to check if an item is there. Month-end counts take a weekend and still do not match.

Can a POS system work when the internet is down?
It can be built to keep selling offline and catch up when the connection returns. We confirm what your shop needs during discovery, including load shedding.
Can my till and online store share stock?
Yes. When both use the same stock system, a sale in either place updates the count for both.
Do you supply till hardware?
We advise on tablets, receipt printers, scanners and cash drawers that work with your system, and help you source them or use your own supplier.
